Property care in Greenwood Village
Greenwood Village splits cleanly in two for my purposes. There is the Tech Center side, which is offices and suites, and there is the residential side, which is some of the largest lots in the south metro. I do both, but they are genuinely different jobs.
What is different about working in Greenwood Village
Every city page on this site says something true about that city. If it did not, it would be the same page eleven times with the name swapped, and you would learn nothing from reading it.
- The Denver Tech Center end is commercial. If you need after hours office cleaning, that is a scheduled recurring contract with a certificate of insurance, not an hourly visit, and I am set up for it.
- West of Holly the lots get big and heavily treed. Leaf season here runs long and the volume is genuinely more than a single pass handles.
- Conference room and huddle room AV is steady work here. Most of it is a display, a soundbar, and a cable path that someone gave up on.
- A lot of Village homes have detached structures, casitas, or finished basements that get skipped by cleaning services quoting off square footage alone. I walk it first.
