Every city below has its own page with what the work actually looks like there. They are not the same page with the name changed.
A note on the pictures. 6 of them are real photographs of the town itself, taken by other people and used under a Creative Commons licence. They are credited below. The rest are illustrations, generated to show the kind of property a city is mostly made of. Either way, none of these is a job I have done, and none is a house I have worked on. Photos of real work go up when there are some, with the customer's permission.
How I think about distance
Drive time is not a detail, it is the whole economics of a one person operation. Every mile between us is a mile you are indirectly paying for, and it is the main thing that decides whether I can be reliable for you.
On demand
Cherry Hills Village, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Englewood, and Denver
Close in and worked any day of the week. Small jobs still make sense here, recurring work is affordable, and I can usually get out for a look the same week you call.
Worked on a rhythm
Glendale, Aurora, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, and Littleton
Not always about distance. Glendale is four miles away and is mostly apartments and small commercial rather than front yards, and Aurora is big enough that which part of it you are in matters more than the city name. Recurring maintenance and planned projects both work well, batched onto set days so the drive stays out of your price.
Set days only
Parker
Far enough out that a round trip is most of an hour. Good for scheduled work and larger projects, a poor fit for a same day call, and I would rather say so than take the job and let you down.
Not on the list?
Ask anyway. If you are just past the edge of a city I cover, the answer is usually yes. If you are genuinely far out, I will tell you straight rather than quoting a job I cannot service well. There are good people closer to you and I would rather point you at one than be the reason your lawn goes three weeks.
