Three trades, one person

AV work, cleaning, and lawn care. The same person quotes the job, does the job, and comes back if something is wrong with it. That is the whole model, and it is the reason the list below is three items long instead of thirty.

$40 an hour, 1 hour minimum. Every visit is billed at least one full hour even if the work takes thirty minutes. Recurring lawn and cleaning visits are priced per visit, so the minimum does not stack on top of them. The reasoning is on the pricing page.

TV Mounting, Home Theater and Smart Home Installation

I mount televisions, set up home theater and sound, and get networks and smart home gear working the way you expected them to when you bought them. This part of the business comes out of running audio, video, lighting and carpentry for touring shows, so it is wiring and mounting I have done on a schedule rather than a hobby I picked up from videos.

House Cleaning and Commercial Janitorial

I clean houses on a recurring schedule, do the deep and move out cleans that are their own kind of job, and take on small commercial and janitorial work in the evenings. The same person comes every time, which matters more in cleaning than in anything else I do, because you are letting somebody into your house.

Lawn Care and Landscape Maintenance

I mow, trim, edge and keep beds and shrubs in shape through the season, blow out sprinklers before the freeze, and clear snow through the winter. I have been mowing lawns since I was nine and did yard care for a Denver nonprofit before this, so it is the trade I have the longest history with.

Where the work happens

Eleven cities in the south Denver metro, each with its own page and an honest drive time from base. Some of them are a bad fit for a same day call and the pages say so.

What you can expect

A reply within four business hours. A price before the work starts, not after. Payment by Zelle, cash, or a check made out to Blue Sky Service Group LLC, with no card surcharge because there are no cards. If a job turns out to be outside what one person can do well, you will be told that instead of sold it.
