Property care in Aurora
Aurora is big enough that where you are in it matters more than the city name. I work the western and southern parts most, which are closest to me and where I can hold a reliable schedule.
What is different about working in Aurora
Every city page on this site says something true about that city. If it did not, it would be the same page eleven times with the name swapped, and you would learn nothing from reading it.
- Aurora spans three counties and about fifty years of construction. A 1960s ranch off Havana and a 2015 build near Southlands need almost nothing in common.
- West Aurora has older, smaller lots and mature trees. South Aurora has newer subdivisions, HOA landscaping rules, and more restrictive covenants worth checking before we change anything visible from the street.
- Water restrictions and HOA rules both bite here. I will tell you what a lawn can realistically look like under the rules you actually have.
- I am honest about coverage. Far east Aurora is a long drive and I would rather say so than take the job and be unreliable.
