Property care in Cherry Hills Village
Cherry Hills Village is the closest of the cities I serve, about seven and a half miles from where I keep the truck, which usually means I can get out for a look the same week you call. It is also the one where the work looks least like anywhere else in the metro.
What is different about working in Cherry Hills Village
Every city page on this site says something true about that city. If it did not, it would be the same page eleven times with the name swapped, and you would learn nothing from reading it.
- Most of the Village sits on lots of an acre or more, and a good share of it has no sidewalk and no streetlight. Mowing here is a different job than mowing a quarter acre in a subdivision, and I price it by the property rather than by a flat rate.
- The High Line Canal runs right through town. Properties backing the trail get more cottonwood litter, more volunteer growth along the fence line, and more foot traffic looking in, which changes what maintenance actually needs to cover.
- Houses here tend to be large and to have had several rounds of AV gear installed over the years. A lot of my calls are untangling what the last three installers left in a closet rather than starting fresh.
- Horse property is still real here. If you have a barn or an outbuilding, tell me up front, because it changes the cleaning scope and sometimes the equipment I bring.
