Property care in Parker
Parker is the furthest of the cities I serve, about sixteen miles and roughly half an hour each way. I will be straight with you about what that means: I am a good fit for scheduled recurring work and larger projects here, and a poor fit for a fifteen minute emergency call.
What is different about working in Parker
Every city page on this site says something true about that city. If it did not, it would be the same page eleven times with the name swapped, and you would learn nothing from reading it.
- Most of Parker went up after 1995 and a lot of it after 2005. Newer construction, newer systems, and covenants that expect the front of the property to look maintained.
- Because of the drive, I batch Parker work onto set days rather than scattering it. That keeps the price fair to you instead of you paying for windshield time.
- Wind is a real factor out here. Fence line litter and debris after a blow is a routine part of maintenance rather than an occasional extra.
- Newer builds usually have structured wiring already run, so AV work is mostly termination, mounting, and network cleanup rather than opening walls.

About sixteen miles, roughly twenty nine minutes. I schedule Parker on set days. Best for recurring maintenance and planned projects rather than same day calls.
