Property care in Centennial
Centennial is ten miles out and a straight shot down Colorado or University depending on traffic. It is the city where I do the widest mix of work, because the housing stock spans about thirty years and the needs change with it.
What is different about working in Centennial
Every city page on this site says something true about that city. If it did not, it would be the same page eleven times with the name swapped, and you would learn nothing from reading it.
- Centennial only incorporated in 2001, but the neighborhoods are much older than the city. A house near Southglenn and a house off Smoky Hill can be twenty five years apart, and they need different things.
- Sprinkler systems here are the single most common thing I get called about in the fall. A lot of the older systems were installed before the current backflow rules and need attention before the first freeze.
- There is real commercial work along Arapahoe and Dry Creek. If you manage a small office or a suite rather than a house, the cleaning conversation is different and I quote it differently.
- TV mounting and network cleanup is my most requested job in Centennial. Newer builds here have decent structured wiring, and it is usually a matter of using what is already in the wall rather than running new.
