Glendale is small, dense, and completely surrounded by Denver, and it is only about four miles from me. Most of what I do here is multifamily and small commercial rather than single family yards.
What is different about working in Glendale

- Glendale is mostly apartments and condos. That means turnover cleans, common area work, and unit level AV rather than lawn maintenance.
- Where there is landscaping it is usually shared or association managed, so the conversation is with a manager and the scope is written down.
- It is the shortest drive of any city I serve, so small jobs stay economical here in a way they do not thirty miles out.
- Parking is genuinely tight. I plan for it rather than showing up and hoping.
