Property care in Denver
Denver is home. I am based on the southeast side, which puts me close to Virginia Village, Hutchinson, Washington Virginia Vale, and the neighborhoods around Cherry Creek without fighting all the way across town.
What is different about working in Denver
Every city page on this site says something true about that city. If it did not, it would be the same page eleven times with the name swapped, and you would learn nothing from reading it.
- Southeast Denver is largely mid century, and the yards reflect it. Mature landscaping that has outgrown its original plan is the single most common thing I am asked to bring back under control.
- Denver is a home rule city and collects its own sales tax separately from the state. That shows up correctly on your invoice; you do not have to think about it.
- Parking and access vary a lot block to block. Tell me if you are on a narrow street or have no driveway and I will plan the equipment around it.
- I take work across the city, but response time is best on the southeast side. If you are in the far northwest, I will tell you honestly whether I am the right call.
