What I have open right now
One person can only be in one place at a time, so rather than making you call to find out, here is honestly what my schedule looks like. I update this page at the start of every month.
The short version: Taking new recurring lawn customers in Cherry Hills Village, Centennial, Englewood, and southeast Denver. Cleaning is open for new recurring clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. AV work is booking about two weeks out.
$35 an hour, 1 hour minimum. Every visit is billed at least one full hour even if the work takes thirty minutes. Why, and how to get the most out of it.
Recurring slots
Recurring work is the backbone of the schedule. These are the standing slots, and when one is full it is genuinely full until someone leaves.

One off and project work
Separate from the recurring schedule. This is where most AV work and every deep clean lands.

What is coming up
Seasonal work fills fast and it fills in a predictable order. If you know you will want one of these, saying so early costs nothing and saves you being told no in October.
- September and October. Sprinkler blowouts and fall cleanups. Blowout slots fill before the first hard freeze every single year, and the people who call after it are the ones repairing lines in spring.
- November through March. Snow removal contracts, and the quietest stretch for AV work, which makes it the best time to do a project properly rather than in a rush.
- March and April. Spring cleanups and the start of the mowing schedule. Recurring lawn slots for the season are usually spoken for by mid April.
- May through August. Full mowing schedule, deep cleans, and outdoor AV projects. This is the tightest stretch of the year for one off work.
How I schedule
- Recurring customers get a fixed day. You will know when I am coming without asking.
- Cities further out get set days rather than scattered visits, because windshield time you pay for is not a service.
- I answer every request within every request answered within 4 business hours. If I cannot take the work, I will say so quickly rather than leaving you waiting.
- Weather moves lawn work. Snow moves everything. I text rather than leaving you guessing.
