# What I have open right now

One person can only be in one place at a time. Rather than making you call to find out, the calendar below is the real one, so whatever it shows as free genuinely is free.

I am not going to keep a list of open days by hand and let you find out it was wrong. Until the calendar is live, the fastest way to find out about a particular week is to ask me directly, and you will get a straight answer rather than a maybe.

## How far out each kind of job books

The calendar shows you which times are free. It cannot tell you how long a particular kind of job usually takes to get to, so that is here. These move with the season rather than the week.

| Move in or move out clean | About one week | Tell me your closing date and I will work backward from it. |
| Landscape cleanup | Two to three weeks | Longer in spring and after the first big leaf drop. |
| Sprinkler blowout | Book by early October | This one genuinely does sell out every year. |

## What is coming up

Seasonal work fills fast and it fills in a predictable order. If you know you will want one of these, saying so early costs nothing and saves you being told no in October.

- **September and October.** Sprinkler blowouts and fall cleanups. Blowout slots fill before the first hard freeze every single year, and the people who call after it are the ones repairing lines in spring.
- **November through March.** Snow removal contracts, and the quietest stretch for AV work, which makes it the best time to do a project properly rather than in a rush.
- **March and April.** Spring cleanups and the start of the mowing schedule. Recurring lawn slots for the season are usually spoken for by mid April.
- **May through August.** Full mowing schedule, deep cleans, and outdoor AV projects. This is the tightest stretch of the year for one off work.

## How I schedule

- Recurring customers get a fixed day. You will know when I am coming without asking, and that day is held for you rather than being offered on the calendar.
- Cities further out get set days rather than scattered visits, because windshield time you pay for is not a service.
- I answer every request within every request answered within 4 business hours. If I cannot take the work, I will say so quickly rather than leaving you waiting.
- Weather moves lawn work. Snow moves everything. I text rather than leaving you guessing.

## Do not see what you need?
